Crime scenes suck

I hate crime scenes. I hate them so much, I skipped writing the entire crime scene section of Chapter Two. That's right. Skipped it. There's now a block of green highlighted text in the middle of my second chapter that reads 'write crime scene later'. I couldn't get past it. Once I decided to just skip it, I knocked out 799 words. Ha! Take THAT, you crime scene-- alright. Never mind.

Rest assured, my hatred for writing crime scenes in no way diminishes my love for CSI.

On other topics, you must must must watch The Prestige. I'd love to write all sorts of wonderful things about it but my brain is mush. Perhaps tomorrow. Suffice it to say that it's the best movie I've seen in a very long time. I watched it twice in a row and will most likely watch it a third time this week. Amazing. The Academy doesn't know its ass from its elbow.
