Come on, people. You know what day it is.
(please ignore the fucked up way my hair looks -- the sticker, the sticker is what's important!)
Many fine people have already said many fine things on this topic, so I'll keep my two cents brief: If you haven't already voted, there's probably still time. If you willingly let a chance to vote slip by you, then you and I have very different appreciations for life's priorities.
The simple, easy process of voting in America never ceases to move me. I cried a bit this morning on my way out of the polls, both out of sheer joy for being allowed to choose the leader of my country and in mourning of the struggles others have gone through and are still going through to fight for and protect this right, here and in other countries.
Please, no matter who your choice is, go vote.**
**Though, if it's for Obama, even better. You know. Just sayin'.
