Happy Thanksgiving!

I hope everyone in the US is enjoying the holiday. Please spare a few moments to think about the things (and people) in your life you are thankful for. I'll also be sending out a silent thanks to all those serving overseas who are giving up this day with their families as they have given up so many things in duty to their country.

In writing news, I indulged in some social time this week in addition to giving up some writing time to plotting so my word count hasn't increased very dramatically. But, I'm pleased to say that I'm still officially on track (with a whole 25 words to spare! Whoo-hoo!). I'm hoping to get some writing time in later today after our family visit, but we'll see what happens. I'm off work tomorrow, so I'll be looking to do at least 2K.
