1. This episode of Epic Rap Battles of History is pretty amusing. Dr. Seuss vs. William Shakespeare. :) Thanks to Ben for showing it to me.
2. I got a new wallet, which I love love love!!! (link is to red but mine is black) It's from Susan Nichole vegan handbags. I really like this company. I have a backpack from them also. Their bags are stylish and well constructed but totally animal and planet friendly. Their faux leather is very leather like. Word to the wise though: Their bags tend to run big and they're not the greatest at posting contextual pictures on their site.
3. I finally have a draft of my query letter, praise Jesus. One more tweaking tomorrow morning then I'll be looking for another set of eyes on it, then TLOS goes out into the world! *angsts*
4. Today is my mom's birthday. She got some very promising news today on something that she really, really, really needs to go her way. Maybe you could send some positive energy into the universe for her? Pretty please?
5. My latest TV* obsession is Friday Night Lights. We're early into the second season and I am in LOVE with this show, despite the fact that I don't care at all about football, am not a fan of TX (though I like some of the people who live there!), and wouldn't re-do high school no matter how much money you paid me. The writing is top notch and the acting is excellent. I'll probably do a longer post on the show's writing in the near future. Do you watch it? Do you have a favorite character? No spoilers please!!
