I posted the winner of the Carrie Jones contest over at my LiveJournal account, if anyone is interested.

And now, a Friday Five, random edition...

1. Last night? No slicing and dicing. No Absolutely Alice. *crai* But there was good, Life Stuff(tm) that was done in its place and both things shall be atoned for today.

2. I'm slowly giving up coffee. This is terrible. *crai crai crai* This week, I was on morning coffee only, tea in the afternoon. Next week, I'm going to drop a day off the morning coffee and replace it with tea. Have I mentioned how sad I am? How much I love coffee? Acid reflux, I hate you!!!!

3. I was invited to a writing group by my friend Erik . We had our first get together last Sunday and are meeting again this weekend. Very exciting! Words were made, writing talk was, um, talked, and I'm very much looking forward to our next meeting.

4. Does anyone have LEGO Rock Band? Can you please, for the love of rhinos, tell me why 99% of the songs completely suck ass? I mean srsly, ppl. Who was their target audience here???

5. Baby nephew started walking! I thought it wasn't possible for him to get any cuter...then I received a new batch of photos from my sis-in-law. Ri-diculous. We're having family portraits taken on Sunday. I hope he's in a good mood! :)
